Why Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?
Criterion Knows the Way
It's a funny thing. When people first start with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, they're often looking to learn self defense or get in better shape. Those are true, realistic, surface level goals. People who stick with it discover many other things that positively impact every part of their life. You might start with the desire to fend off an imaginary attacker, but next thing you know, you have new confidence and discipline that show up in everything you do. With us, you have a support system of people who started at the beginning, just like you, who want to help you succeed.
